The raised relief holds the old town of Hradec Králové on its low hill, where the Elbe meets the Orlice, with the city's ring road drawn as a near-perfect circle around them. Around it, the printed map spreads over the flat Elbe lowland.

The ground hardly moves here, about 27 meters across the whole map, spread over ten layers so that even the old town's low hill reads as a raised step. Every contour, road and river comes from open map data, simplified so the city reads from across a room. The relief is printed on our own printer and mounted on a card with the city's name and coordinates, then framed in oak or black, ready to hang.
