Bled
The raised relief holds Lake Bled whole, with its small island in the western half of the water and a road tracing the southern shore. Around it, the printed map rises into hills on every side, cut by streams running south.
From the water to the surrounding hilltops the land rises about 330 meters, stepped into twelve layers of color. Every contour, shoreline and road comes from open map data, simplified so the lake reads from across a room. The relief is printed on our own printer and mounted on a card with the town's name and coordinates, then framed in oak or black, ready to hang.
Medium: an A4 print with a 13 cm relief, 32 × 42 cm in its frame. Large: an A3 print with a 20 cm relief, 42 × 52 cm in its frame.
