Berlin
The raised relief holds Berlin's Mitte: the Spree winding across it past Museum Island, and Unter den Linden running straight out to the Brandenburg Gate at its western edge. Around it, the printed map follows the river west into its wide bend and rises gently to the northeast.
Berlin is flat country: the ground rises only about 36 meters across the whole map, so the relief steps gently, in seven layers, and the Spree and the streets carry the piece. Every contour, road and stretch of water comes from open map data, simplified so the city reads from across a room. We print the relief on our own printer, mount it on a card with the city's name and coordinates, and frame it in oak or black, ready to hang.
Medium: an A4 print with a 13 cm relief, 32 × 42 cm in its frame. Large: an A3 print with a 20 cm relief, 42 × 52 cm in its frame.
