The raised relief holds the canal ring: the old city's canals drawn in concentric arcs inside the Singelgracht, with the Amstel coming in from the south. Around it, the printed map reaches the IJ and the harbor docks to the north and the newer streets beyond the ring.

Amsterdam barely rises: about 15 meters across the whole map, which the relief keeps as two quiet layers, so the water does the drawing. The canals, streets and harbor come from open map data, simplified so the city reads from across a room. We print the relief on our own printer, mount it on a card with the city's name and coordinates, and frame it in oak or black, ready to hang.
