The raised relief follows the Dřevnice valley through the middle of Zlín, with the town's main roads running along the valley floor from west to east. Hills rise on both sides, the southern ones higher and closer, and the printed map carries them on to the ridges that close the valley to the north and south.

Across the map the land climbs about 270 meters from the river to the hilltops, stepped into twelve layers of color. Every contour, road and stream comes from open map data, simplified so the valley reads from across a room. The relief is printed on our own printer and mounted on a card with the city's name and coordinates, then framed in oak or black, ready to hang.
